AKnewDay does not guarantee restocking of liquidation and other various items on our website.
AKnewDay is pleased to work with our customers. In the case of defective products AKnewDay will replace items on a one to one basis. AKnewDay must be notified with 6 business days upon receipt of the defective item to qualify. Items must be returned to receive a replacement item.

Refund Policy

AKnewDay will refund merchandise in the event the customer is not satisfied with their purchase. However, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for return items. Thus, the amount of purchase (not including Shpping and Handling charges) minus 20% will be refunded. AKnewDay will not be responsible for the shipment cost on orders cancelled after shipment.
